The Terms stated below apply to all users of Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (hereby named “STM”) website; www.stm.edu.my, (hereby named “Site”). By using this Site, you agree to the Terms of use stipulated below.

General

STM reserves its absolute right to amend, add, or remove any portions of these Terms of use, at any time without prior notice.

Site Contents & Copyrights

All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, write-ups, and any content that are part of this Site (hereby named “Contents”); are and remain the Intellectual Properties of STM. STM reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to change, add, or remove any part of the Site information without prior notice to users. Users are prohibited to use any part of the Contents for their own use unless having first obtained written permission from STM.

Indemnification

The user shall indemnify and hold STM and its Indemnitees harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), losses or liabilities incurred by or asserted against STM or any of its Indemnitees arising from your use of the Site.

Refund Policy

Refund policy is not applicable to donations and contributions made to our organisation.

As for items, including but not limited to books, if the item(s) delivered to you is/are damaged or torn, you may email us at admin@stm2.edu.my for a refund (less delivery charges), or for an exchange of the item(s) within one (1) week from the date of receipt of the item(s). When emailing, please include a photo of the damaged and torn item(s) together with the packaging at the time of receipt. To make an exchange, the item(s) must be sent back to us at your own cost. Upon receipt of the damaged or torn item(s), we will send the replacement item(s) to you. Instead of emailing us, you may also drop by our admin office.
