Synopsis：
Too often, discussions on Christian leadership fall into one of two extremes. Some approaches speak about leadership almost entirely in spiritual terms, as though the church were completely disconnected from the world. Others draw so heavily on secular leadership theories that Christian ministry starts to look like any other organisation to be managed, rather than a spiritual calling.
Dr Chong Siaw Fung brings these two approaches into conversation. He engages with the wider field of leadership and organisational studies, asking how its insights can be faithfully applied within Christian ministry.
For pastors and Christian leaders who want to lead biblically without being impractical, who must navigate real-world challenges without losing sight of the church’s spiritual identity, this book offers thoughtful reflections on bringing the best of leadership wisdom into submission to Christ’s call to servant leadership.
