Course synopsis:
This course explores how leadership dynamics in cross-cultural ministry and organizational contexts are impacted by cultural differences. Using biblical and cultural frameworks, it challenges students to reflect and rethink on their practices when interacting with the culturally different and leading in multi-cultural contexts. It facilitates growth in the knowledge, competencies and skills required for effective interactions across cultural boundaries, leveraging on cultural diversity for personal life and for God’s mission
