This course is designed to help participants to increase awareness in strategic thinking; to acquire practical knowledge and skills in strategic planning and management, leadership and people management; and to examine Christian perspectives and apply Christian principles appropriately and effectively in all leadership and management functions, particularly in the context of Christian ministry.

THE LECTURER
Dr. Chong Siaw Fung is from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. He holds a Master of Education degree from University of Malaya and Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. In 2013, while he was working as a Management Consultant, he responded to God’s calling and pursued theological training to prepare to serve in the teaching ministry. After receiving his MDiv from Sabah Theological Seminary, he went to Princeton Theological Seminary to complete his ThM (Old Testament). His teaching ministry started in Sabah Theological Seminary, and he is now serving as a lecturer teaching Old Testament and biblical study subjects, as well as church management in Seminari Theoloji Malaysia.
