Requirements
- Qualifications: Diploma or higher
- Possess:
- Pleasant and polite disposition
- Strong operational knowledge and experience in managing bookings and up keeping of campus facilities’
cleanliness. - IT-savvy and competent in Microsoft Office and creating online forms, etc.
- Preferably experienced in reservations, guest relation service, and facilities cleanliness.
Job Descriptions
- To promote the campus facilities.
- To manage the bookings of campus facilities.
- To handle the communications with guests and ensure guests satisfaction.
- To supervise and schedule the General Workers for the cleaning of campus and rooms.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the campus is maintained and well kept.
- To manage cleaning supplies, beddings, etc.
- To handle and manage campus keys
