This module is to help the bereaved to grow and heal. This is to fill the gap that Christians grieve too. There is an unspoken notion that somehow our belief in eternal life or God’s love should keep us strong and free from any aspects of grief. In fact, we are often told that we should rejoice that our loved ones have gone to heaven. This module encourages grieving our loss and hope in God. Grief work (exercises) will be introduced to help the bereaved to find meaning in their grief journey. There are no instant solutions but to live through the pain and experience. Eventually, the bereaved will experience healing and transformation.
