Rev. Dr. Chong Siaw Fung is the current Principal of Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (STM) and an ordained minister of Lutheran Church in Malaysia. He is from Sabah, East Malaysia. He graduated from University of Malaya with Master of Education and was conferred a doctorate in Human Resource Development by Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. After some twenty years of experience in the corporate sector in the area of training and development and human resource management, he responded to God’s calling to serve in theological education and research. He completed his Master of Divinity in Sabah Theological Seminary and pursued Master of Theology (specialized in Old Testament) in Princeton Theological Seminary, USA. He taught in Sabah Theological Seminary from 2017 to early 2020, and joined Seminari Theoloji Malaysia as a lecturer since May 2020 and was eventually appointed as the Principal starting April 2021.
His research interests are in the areas of biblical studies, public theology, intercultural theology, Muslim-Christian relations, management, human development, organisational behaviour. The subjects he teaches include Research Methodology, Old Testament Interpretation, Christian Theology, and courses in Practical Theology.
His publications include Behavioral and Organizational Influences Towards Training Effectiveness (UNIMAS, 2013), Disiplin untuk Kebenaran: Nota Ringkas Tentang Disiplin Kaedah Penyelidikan (STS, 2015) and Perihal Nyanyian dan Pepatah: Menghayati Karya Sastera Puisi dan Hikmat Ibrani Alkitabiah (STM, 2023).
张晓枫牧师博士是现任马来西亚神学院院长。他来自东马沙巴州，是马来西亚信义会的教牧同工。进入神学教育事奉前，他在教育与企业管理专业工作了约20年，毕业于马来亚大学教育硕士课程，后完成马来西亚砂拉越大学人力资源发展博士课程。在沙巴神学院修读道学硕士后赴美国新泽西州普林斯顿神学院修读神学硕士主修旧约圣经。毕业后，2017年起在沙巴神学院任教，之后2020年加入马来西亚神学院讲师团，2021年四月起被董事部委任为院长。
张博士的研究兴趣是在圣经研究，公共神学，跨文化神学，穆斯林与基督徒对话，行政与管理学，人力资源发展与组织行为学。他在神学院执教的科目包括研究方法论，旧约研究，基督教神学和实践神学科目。
张博士的著作包括Behavioral and Organizational Influences Towards Training Effectiveness (UNIMAS, 2013), Disiplin untuk Kebenaran: Nota Ringkas Tentang Disiplin Kaedah Penyelidikan (STS, 2015) 以及 Perihal Nyanyian dan Pepatah: Menghayati Karya Sastera Puisi dan Hikmat Ibrani Alkitabiah (STM, 2023).
