- Possess strong operational knowledge and experience in managing administration and finance of a business enterprise particularly in the education or budget hotel industry.
- Degree holder.
- Aged 45 and above.
- 5 years and above in the same or similar capacity with hands on experience.

Job Descriptions

- Oversee end-to-end and ensure smooth operations together with the Assistant Managers in the area of Finance, HR, Admin, Communications, Maintenance & Development, IT and Media, etc.
- Handle financial planning, strategies and analysis, budget, reports to the Board and Committees.
- Work closely with the Principal, Treasurer and other departments especially head of departments.
- Liaise with auditors, government bodies, etc.

2. Registrar
Requirements

- English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency in both written and spoken.
- Possess strong administrative skills and an eye for details.
- Degree holder, preferably in theological studies.
- Working experience of 5 years and above, preferably in education setting.

Job Descriptions

- Assist the Dean of Studies and Assistant Dean of Studies (Planning & Operation) to act as the custodian and administrator in curriculum management – including course naming, assigning of course codes, documentation of course descriptions / program details, and so on.
- Lead, direct, and mobilize the team of staff members in the Academic Office for all academic related matters.
