Recruitment: Principal’s Secretary

We are inviting committed Christian servant leader with a heart to serve in a theological education setting to apply for the position of Principal’s Secretary. The ideal candidate is proactive, hardworking, adaptable, and a good team player—someone who works well with others, has good interpersonal skills, and possesses a humble and teachable spirit.
Requirements
- Diploma in Executive Secretaryship or a related qualification
- Good command of written and spoken English (ability to communicate in Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in the day-to-day administrative and coordination duties
- Prepare notices, minutes, reports, presentations, and other correspondence
- Coordinate and support meetings, events, and official functions
- Welcome and attend to guests and visitors to the Principal’s office
- Attend all meetings and serve as recording secretary
