- Arranged numerically from 000-999 (Dewey Decimal System), and then alphabetically by suffix within the 000-999.
- English and indigenous/foreign language books are prefixed “R”. These are intershelved.
- Malay/Indonesian books are prefixed “R/M” and shelved in the Malay section.
- Chinese books are prefixed “R/C” and shelved in the Chinese section.
- Tamil books are prefixed “R/T” and shelved in the Tamil section.
Loan period: No borrowing; for use in the Library only.
